2. Structural Architecture

The design, code, and systems within NOIR AION are the exclusive intellectual property of the studio. Unauthorized replication of our structural artifacts is prohibited.

3. Evolution License

Permission is granted to view the materials on our platform for informational purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any systems

4. Temporal Limitations

NOIR AION is not liable for damages arising out of the use or inability to use the containers on our platform. Our systems are built for endurance, but the user assumes all risks.
